Dear Mr. Richard McElhinney,
Good day. I download again and tried, its not installing showing
Unsatisfied Dependencies

Try and get us some more detail. Can you see more messages where you are seeing the message about unmet dependencies. Its likely something is out of date or not installed on your platform. N4.9 is quite a few years old now. You should investigate an upgrade with the customer so that you can use a more recent version of the plugin and platform.

Hi Fizal,
Did you figure out what the issue was? I am running to a similar error at a site that has a Niagara supervisor running on version 4.9.1.30. I used the NHaystack v3.2.0.4.9.0.198 from StackHub.org and got an unsatisfied dependencies error.

Does anyone know what may be causing this 4.10 dependency error?
Richard McElhinneyWed 30 Oct
Hi Rick,
from what I can see in your screenshot, your system is running 4.9 however the nhaystack module requires version 4.10.
The unmet dependencies error in this case refers to the version number not being sufficient rather than something actually missing.
If you upgrade your Niagara installation to 4.10 it should work.
Regards, Richard

I see. I was under the impression that the last few version digits on the nHaystack version number referred to the Niagara version it is for. I was going to have the client try version 3.1.0.4.9, but I am assuming now that both nHaystack versions 3.2.0.4.9.0.198 and 3.1.0.4.9 available on stackhub will have this same dependency error on Niagara version 4.9.1.30. Is that correct?
