Among all the other exciting news for this year's Haystack Connect conference is the return of the IBB - the Interoperable Blues Band. Formed in 2002 (or 2003 - no one can actually remember) the IBB is not just any band, but the integration of talented players from across our industry and featured artists who join together on one special night. This year the IBB features Electric Factory X Recording Artists Jon Butcher and Megan Wolf.
Everyone is "in the band" at this event, as we provide percussion instruments throughout the room and backline gear for those wishing to join us on stage. The fabled Petock IBB backup singers, the "Petockettes", will be making a return appearance, so be ready to join on side stage to add your voice.

The IBB is led by Leighton Wolffe who will coordinate the evening with those who want join in with the band. He'll follow up with you directly, so let him know what song you'd like to perform, and what you'll need for gear. The band will already know the tune - so you just need to know your part - and of course the key!
