#417 pressureIndependent Tag modification

I propose the following modification to the pressureIndependent tag

  • VAV damper or a control valve that modulates to maintain desired flow setpoint, independent of the duct or piping pressure.

The current definition is:

  • pressureIndependent - VAV damper modulates to maintain desired flow setpoint, independent of the duct pressure.
