Suggestion for addition of a disable tag to be the opposite of enable tag. This tag can be used to indicate outside air lockouts on chillers, freeze stat lockouts on air handlers etc. This has to be different from the enable as the states of the lockout/disable point are the opposite of the enable point ie if the chiller has to be locked out on outside air temp, the lockout point would be true.

From my point of view, disable is not lockout.
Those are 2 different concepts that should be tagged differently.
enable/disable : an operator permission or sequence decision
lockout : a protection or problem prevent something to start

Good point Christian, we have purged "lockout" from our tag dictionary and replaced it with:
disable - applied to equipment or sequences-of-operation that are not able to be activated based on (1) operator selection, (2) temperature, (3) pressure, (4) flow, (5) time of day, (6) time of year, etc.
